Sushi Yama

The food is really good, staff is friendly. It gets a bit crowded as it is very popular and it feels a bit like the people waiting for a table are staring at you. However, the atmosphere and food more than makes up for it. Great place to go if you like sushi.

Delicious meal, beautiful presentation and more than we could eat. Very reasonably priced menu.

Everything is always very fresh.
Even with all of the raw seafood that's being served, you wouldn't even know you're in a restaurant that serves seafood. Absolutly no seafood smell...

Cindy, the hostess, always makes it a point to make sure all of her customers are satisfied with their meals.

All of the sushi chefs are artists.
Not only are their creations delicious, they are also amazing works of art.

I need to address one of the negative 1-star reviews that said "Too many rolls with eel...".
Simple solutions to that problem:
#1 - don't order a roll with eel - there are many other options
#2 - order a roll that contains eel and ask that the eel be left out

Since all meals are made to order, I don't think #2 would be an issue.

They prepare for pick hours with plenty of staff and I like that because the wait is short! Their sushi is really good!! Lemon grass soup super recommended!!

My first time visiting this place and I was greeted by a sweet woman who actually listened to my preferences and gave me suggestions based on them. Rolls were good and the fish was fresh. I'll definitely be making a stop when I'm in the area!
