(June 3, 2019, 2:50 am)Considering this place is brand new, I was understanding that the people are still training. I came in with a slightly lower expectation. But they absolutely proved me wrong! The waitress we had ,went over and beyond to make sure our family experience was exceptional! Our drinks were prompt, she was very attentive and made sure the time we waited for our food( which was a little longer than normal but still not super long) was not boring. The food was good just like the other Red Robins! I’m glad they are finally in Middletown!! Keep up the good work!

(June 2, 2019, 4:57 pm)The food was decent but I feel I could get a burger just as good at Hardee's... Also they need more room. The space between each table is tight. The waiters can barely move. Also there isn't enough booths when compared to the other Red Robin restaurants.
