Quick and friendly service.

Love this Starbucks. Location is very convenient for me. I’ve gotten familiar with Violet & Lorraine. However, today I encountered a new face who wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t quite get her name but it sounded like Diane. I must admit there was some miscommunication but the way she handled it was very unprofessional. She flapped her arms in the air & was huffing and puffing like a child. I don’t believe that’s the way to treat a customer especially a regular customer. Besides her, everyone else is great.

Nice, but location is hard to get to if your combining from New castle you can't go accross the Crossroads shopping center to get there. You have to go past Firestone to turn in the entrance at the light. Be careful of oncoming I95 traffic at the Stop sign.

Fairly new location. Fast friendly service.

Nice new and clean cafe.Cafe. Great location but hard to find. GPS won't properly locate it yet, it's right behind Royal Farms. This location is well staffed and the team is courteous and welcoming. Big and open parking area with a wide drive thru lane. Can be easily seen from the highway due to the high pylon sign.
