Nutter's Sandwich Shoppe

Luckily found a parking space right out front! Italian sub well worth waiting for--yummy and well stuffed array of salami, peppered ham, provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, sweet peppers, hot peppers. Ask for oil and vinegar, too. One suggestion, however: railings at the steps up to the entrance for our senior citizens who love great sandwiches but aren't as nimble anymore. Great little take-out eatery!

Hands down, this place has the BEST crab bisque I've ever had. I've only found one other place that was comparable, but their's was twice the price. I've been a dedicated Nutter's customer for as long as I can remember. It's one of those little places that would be sadly passed by if you're not from this area and know it's a gold mine. The locals know, they keep that place hopping.

♢ it's tricky pulling in (parking) and pulling out (exiting) this location because there is double traffic and a BUSY crossroad intersection zooming past!! I know if this establishment had a bigger parking lot and easier parking situation this place would profit even more! ????????

♢ The Italian sub is LOVELY but every time I get it.. the bread get soggy ????????They double wrap it in foil which I appreciate. Make sure to ask for the oil/vinegar on the side if you’re not going to eat it immediately
♢ The Crab Soup is by far the best thing I have ever tasted in a long time. You MUST try that soup! It is so impressive... ????????????????
♢the chicken salad is delicious - you can taste that the chicken is great quality and the salt and pepper YUM! There’s also celery in it ????

This place is a nice local sandwich place. They're located on the outskirts of Newark on the way to Cecil county. If you're hungry for a good sandwich stop ????
