Melt Shop

Great new place. There multigrain bread is delicious. Favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken.

Really yummy. A bit more expensive than I usually like to spend on lunch but totally worth it. The red coleslaw wasn’t to my preference but the quality was there.

Daughter wanted to try something new. So we stopped. I was aware of the prices, so we decided to split loaded tots, classic melt on multi grain with tomato, and a shake. Little wait, meh not horrible. Tots were small, and poorly packaged.. Just little boat and placed in the food bag. Shake was also like a small at Wawa. Total bill was 15.87. It was delicious. Also, wanted a bottle of water, a basic bottle of water. 2.45. 1-1.50 at any other stand. Left that in their cooler. I feel it was more like 10$ delicious. Prob won't go back. But happy to have tried it.

Melts could be bigger, especially for the price...perhaps stack them? My sandwich was dripping of oil and It overpowered the cheese (which is what a melt should really be about) and eventually got overwhelming. Staff may need educating on using truffle oil and it’s originating price.. may save mmmeltshop’s inventory. Other than that, not bad. I’d go back but specify “light on oil”

Remember the scene in Ratatouille where he ate the cheese and grape at the same time for the first time in his life and fireworks started going off? That's what my experience was like! A little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it! Very friendly staff!
