Pho Ever

Great food! The curry is more of a soup than I was expecting, but still very good. The grilled chicken is outstanding.

We had two dishes, the grilled chicken Pho and the beef medallion with white rice. The food was absolutely delicious and very tasteful. The was so much flavor in every bite. This was my husbands first experience at a Vietnamese restaurant. He loved the food.

Flavor!! Flavor!! Great fast friendly service ❤️ The owner was so kind offering suggestions to help with our order. The food was made fresh in front of us & delivered to our table. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere that is fun & refreshing.

New Pho themed Vietnamese restaurant in the Newark Shopping Center. A very clear and simple menu translated to a wonderful meal. The portion size and price aligned to a cheap-moderately priced dinner. You order at the counter and they bring your order to the table. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Now about the food, Pho should be easy because it’s so simple but that simplicity make it hard to disguise poor broth and ingredients. Pho Evers broth was very good, not over powering or bland, just right to provide a base for the soup and the fresh ingredients. The beef was a good amount and prepared right as was the sprouts, and sides. Prefect for a rainy night. I couldn’t really finish it but did my best. The summer rolls were as beautiful as they were good. 2 Pho, an order of summer rolls and 2 sodas was $27. Sorry nonalcoholic drinks only.
