Domino's Pizza

A few nights ago I placed an order and received the wrong Pizza. I called the store to let them know that I had received the wrong item, but that the correct information was on the box. I was happy to eat the pizza that I received, but wanted them to know in case another customer called in with the wrong item. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a free pizza for the mistake. I called back the next day to place the order and not only did I receive the free pizza, the manager also provided us with garlic bread twists and a 2 liter soda, along with plates, napkins, and cups! He was extremely apologetic and thanked us for our business. This was an amazing customer service experience! He went over and above what I could have ever expected! Thank you so much! I have a special needs daughter who's favorite thing to eat is pizza, so she was extremely happy that night!

The pizza was made to order while we waited for the carry out. they have a special stand for kids so they can see through the plexiglass and watch it being made. There are a few seats for while you wait. The employees were friendly but at a fast pace. Didn't have to wait too long at dinner time (6pm?) About 15 minutes. Carry out special $7.99 for large 3 toppings. We will do it again.
