Ted's Montana Grill

Second time here and so far we love everything we've tried! The bison burgers, in general, have all been wonderful. They're full of flavor and surprisingly juicy. We tried the homemade chips with the ranch onion dip and will definitely have those again. I think chips and dips are highly underrated, so I tend to try them everywhere we go. This place nailed it. On our prior visit, we had the bison burger salad which was huge and completely filling. Those croutons are the stuff of dreams by the way. And last, but not least, they brought back the strawberry shortcake. Interestingly, the shortcake was actually a biscuit (instead of the angel food or pound cake often found in FL) and was quite delicious. My husband preferred the biscuit, but I guess I'm just set in my FL ways and prefer a softer sponge cake to soak up the juices. Great experience and I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu!

Update: so gave it another shot. Major improvement. Well worth the wait. Don’t let the crowd size turn you away. Definitely worth the wait.

Ordered burger med-well and it was served med-rare. Waitress advised must've been an issue with the kitchen. Burger was redelivered. No apology, no manager came over, no adjustment. Because it took about 20 minutes, wasnt actually hungry and just paid the bill in full and promptly left with my party.

Tried the same burger again this past weekend. Arrived room temperature with limited room temperature french fries. Waitress was great and loved the cherry coke. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with friends!

This was probably the best first experience at a restaurant in a while. The inside was beautiful and has a nostalgic and unique design. The fries, and bison potroast hit all the right spots

Great food and choices for everyone. My wife is the pickiest eater I know. She had the salmon and said it was the best salmon she’d ever eaten. She also commented on the size, it was truly as advertised.
I have already recommended to fro and will most definitely go back again.
