Blue Crab Grill

We were looking for a new place to go to eat out instead of the few regulars that we frequent and boy did we luck out. I saw the good reviews and decided to take a chance. The good reviews were spot on. We had delicious crab cakes, a couple orders of the Crazy Jambalaya that my daughter and I both absolutely loved, and my son said the ribs that he had (he usually orders ribs when we eat out) just fell off the bone and were much better than many other places. The only complaint we had was that the Jumbo Lump Crab Imperial was essentially just a bowl of lump crab meat with a butter sauce on the side. Crab Imperial is commonly served with a creamy white sauce. When asked about this, the waitress politely brought more of the butter sauce. It was delicious and enjoyed but it just needs to be known that this is not your traditional crab imperial. It was delicious nonetheless. We also lucked out with going to dinner on Easter at 6PM because they were not too busy so the service was great and the food came as quick as could be expected. Looks like we have just found a new place to add to our regular spots to dine.

Great little place! Had always wanted to try and last nite we did. Great food and nice ambience. I had a seafood salad and my hubby had the lobster stew. Wonderful flavors and very delicious! We Will definitely go back again!

Had a dinner date, seafood was very good. Ordered Shrimp & bbq ribs. All good, the service from our server was beyond very good ! Ribs & Shrimp in sauce very good. Service was well above par, excellent in fact.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids.

Among us, we ordered Crab Bisque and New England Clam Chowder. I felt the price for these was high for such a small size, $5 for a cup, but the both were undeniably fantastic.

We also ordered:
Clam Strips; these were larger pieces than most places server,
Calamari; the breading was lighter than I'm used to, which was pleasant,
Steamed Shrimp; very large,
Seafood Nachos; i didn't eat, but the portion was huge

For our entrees:
Steak and cake; the steak pulled apart when attempting to cut it, it was that good, be perfectly cooked
Lobster and shrimp Mac n Cheese; my wife and i told the waitress we were going to split it, so she servers it to us in two bowls and both were very generous in size. It has large chunks of seafood in it. Excellent. The only downside is they left the tails on the shrimp.
Snow Crab Legs; i think there were 4 or 5 bunches. My son was very impressed with how much there was and the size of each leg. He couldn't finish it all, which is not normal.
Kids chicken strips; one meal was large enough for two teenage girls to share.

We think we have found our new seafood place.

My friends love this place, but I could only give 3 stars because the fried oysters had too much "coating" (batter?) and the linguine was a little heavy on the garlic. The sides, drinks, bread, salad and service were all great. Oh, and there was no band because of a schedule mix-up?
