It's almost like eating a bowl of sushi.
Similar to other choose-your-ingredients food establishments that have popped-up over the past 4 years. Pick you base, then ingredients, 'protein', toppings, and finally sauce.
The variety is a little limited, but the food is good. They offer both cooked and raw fish, as well as shrimp and chicken. It's good for something different to break your dining rut.
The only downside is that the sauces have vague, non-descriptive names and you have to ask what each is like, or get a couple on the side to try them yourself.

This is like Sushi with a twist! It's fresh and healthy so many different combinations bowls that you can create to your liking... shrimp, salmon, tuna you name it. Today, I made my bowl with tuna, octopus (marinated) brown rice, seaweed salad, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, fish roe, ginger, cashews and carrots. Add your different sauces and toppings. My new sushi spot!
