I cant say enough good things about this establishment. I looked it up online and was ecstatic that they had a phenomenal drink menu. so I ventured out. walked in grabbed a seat at the bar and Mike tossed me a menu. I order a drink and he begins to make this complex delicious concoction. oh im hungry. Mike says get the skins. BEST FRIED ANIMAL SKINS I'VE EVER HAD. more drinks (get an old fashioned; trust me im from Wisconsin) order a burger. talk to your fellow bar goers. I can't wait to see your episode on triple D. you gave me a reason to come back to Wilmington. looking forward to the next time. until then...
My daughter selected this restaurant for her birthday dinner. Party of 11 and our waiter handled the workload perfectly. Truffle tots hot and tasty. Enjoyed the FTC burger was very delicious. Hot, juicy and very favorful. Thank you for your service and the dining experience. We will be back!
One of my favorite spots for lunch on N Market Street. The service is great. For those who have been there, the restaurant recently changed its menu. There are new burgers on the menu, like Lost Lobster. There are now so many protein options: beef, turkey, veal, salmon, veggie, crab cake. All the options are yummy and plenty to choose from. For calorie conscious, their salads are fresh and very testy as well.
Added Feb 2, 2019: Adding food review: good burgers (but they are big). Also, good tots, but consensus was that it might be fun if there were an option to have a mix of regular and sweet potato tots.
Original review: Fun bar in downtown Wilmington. This review is only for bar/cocktails, as we didn't have food (but the burgers sound good).
Good Manhattan, Sultan of Swing, and Smoking Betty cocktails. Good bourbon and rye selection. Bartender was great - attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and funny.
If you like unusual whiskey, try the French whiskey that tastes like blueberries and made by a ballerina (Brenne Single Malt).
Really enjoyed the food and service. Burgers were juicy and full of flavor. Nachos had a nice kick to them. They also had quite a range of bourbon available. Looking forward to going back to try out a few.
