Takumi

Food was good,. I enjoyed the sushi. Spicy scallops were interesting. Service was fine. We had to ask for a better table, and they made us feel rushed.

The sushi and sashimi here is good, but not great. It is certainly over-priced. If you're going to spend $30 for a small sashimi plate, it had better wow you. The rolls are creative, but have too much stuff detracting from the fish (sauces, crunch, cream cheese?). The service was brutally slow even though they were not busy. There has to be better sushi in the Wilmington area.

Food is delicious and the menu is huge! The decor is wonderful with staff dressed in summer kimonos ( yukata ) so the atmosphere is great. Although waitress forgot about my check, thus I got rid of one star. I want to come back again and highly recommend.

Not one negative thing to say about Takumi. The food is delicious, and the service is great. Even when they are at their busiest they wear a smile on their face, they are kind and check in on you to make sure you are okay. One of my favorite places to eat.
