Food was great. A little small portions but the waiter offered to pay for drinks to accommodate us. Very nice place. Outside seats were great except for the few motorcycles that drove by but they have no control over that. Great environment and good food.
Best of Wilmington?
Haven't been EVERYWHERE but so far.. .
SO good. Hipster paradise. Fabulous food and atmosphere. Great vegetarian options. I enjoyed the tacos. The chocolate silk cake is super special. And the beer and drink menu? Will have to go back to try most of their unique options. Microbrew enthusiasts simply MUST try the Big Oyster sour IPA. Wow.
Go on a Saturday night and get unparalleled service at the bar with Stacy. You will know him right away by his impressive mustache.
Thank you Stacy.
Tasty food and good drink selection. At first I thought the prices were a little high, but they are well worth the quality and quantity of the food we received. For a recommendation, the Breakfast Banh Mi was delightful and the gluten free chicken and waffles wasn't just good for gluten free, it was just plain good.
Got the blackened chicken sandwich; hands down best sandwich I ever had!! And the fries were absolutely perfect! Great staff, beautiful restaurant, and great pricing! Highly recommend!!!
Great friendly place, easy to become a regular. The food is good and the kitchen very accommodating to any special needs or requests.
The service is generally pretty good, both at the tables and at the bar...and the staff are friendly.
A suggestion: Sit in the restaurant area vs bar if a booth is your choice. I suggest that as it seems if things are busy, especially if they are short handed on staff, service seems a little slower as a bartender might have to cover both table and bar, stretching them a little thin.
When there was once a momentary problem with service once, both Millie (a manager) and manager from the kitchen got right on it, and made everything more than right...even more so than I expected. To me, that's a true sign of a quality hospitality business...when they care...and feel bad when they let you down.
The customers are also a pretty cool mix of people...especially those that frequent the bar area. I'm not a big drinker but I like sitting at the bar because of some friendly interactions I've enjoyed with others there.
They have great deals on food at happy hour as well as a rewards program that gets you free food items fairly quickly.
Check out this nice casual spot...you'll enjoy a good meal or drink.
