The vast variety of Caribbean dishes make this a great place for grabbing a full meal or a small plate. The food is highly seasoned, extremely flavourful, large portions, traditional Guyanese macaroni and cheese with mustard and mayonnaise cooked in. The curry options are superb. The owner does a good portion of the preparation and cooking as well as serving! Very impressive establishment, small sitting area though so good for short stops.

Haven't had the roti yet but soon enough! That's what I have been waiting to try since I found out about this place last year.

The portions are so big ???? you can eat some for lunch and have some for dinner! ???? BIG heftty juicy jumbo shrimp too. The lady that said the food is bland is lying.???? This food got more flavor than a seasoning cabinet. The other guy who said he was pushed out the store is lying ????Mrs. Joy and her husband is the sweetest people i have ever known in my life in Wilmington known dem since a young ting wee lad ????, they will never rush you out the store. ????Please come down and try da food Mon! It is so good.???? You wont be disappointed. Trust me????! I hate every other resturant here????! I remember when they were on 8th and market st. Downtown ????where the old bookstore. ???? used to be. So many business open and close but not them and there is a reason why!????????

Great tasting food and friendly service, clean environment

This place my new spot! Super cheap n a small lasted me all day (im a big guy) they had an amazing variety you can see which helps with choosing! Also she was super nice giving everyone extra scoops of gravy n sauce over our rice which we love! Super generous portions , finally i found a place i can get a great platter for $6-10!!! Cant wait to go back
