La Taqueria Santa Fe -Riverfront Market

The food was pretty nice didn't like the chicken or the pinto beans. black beans are fine the steak is pretty good. Over all I'll return ????

My food was okay, but they didn't give me anything to eat it on. I got a steak burrito that bled onto the table and the one napkin they gave me I needed for my hands. It was some strange miscommunication, but I am too turned off to go back. The pizza in this market is the best food I have had. My burrito was okay, but I only ate half before being over the mess and tossing it

The quinoa burritos are really good. There's never a wait, and your food is ready right away.
I have never gotten sick from any of their food, and I have eaten there many times, and gotten different things.
I'm not sure what is confusing about their menu. If you can figure out how to order at Qdoba or Chipotle, you can order here. The ladies that work there are nice, and speak English well, so you can always ask if you're not sure about something. The mango habanero is clearly marked hot, and is really good.
The only thing I sort of didn't like, was their crunchy taco shells. Although the crunchy taco tortillas are obviously hand fried, they are pre-fried so they can just grab them instead of fried when ordered. So if you are eating there, they will be dry and brittle. But if you are getting it to go they rehydrate and soften up a little on the ride home and have a pretty good taste and cosistancy.
The crunchy taco shells are the only reason I did not give this place 5 stars.
