    Marissa the shift manager on duty (at the Concord Mall Wilm,DE location) was exceptional she made me a fresh pepperoni pretzel that was the BEST I'd ever had in all my Auntie Anne's pretzel eating experiences. The staff was friendly and looked to work well together. The line got busy but the 3 lovely ladies working got the line down fast and with great customer service. Marissa and her crew are to be commended.

    These pretzels are amazing. Many available options for regular pretzels, cinnamon sugar, almond, etc. They also offer small, bite sized nugget pretzels that are just as enjoyable. They taste fresh and never disappoint.

    The pretzels were great, but the service was lacking. The cashier didn't know about the deal advertised on the banner right above him, the young man giving out samples didn't know what he was giving out, and there was a long wait despite 6 employees working
