An excellent brewery in central Wilmington. An amazing little city with an incredible brew house. Would dock a star for not having growlers (stupid collection hobby) but the setting, offerings and overall experience makes up for it.
Great spot in downtown Wilmington that keeps getting better as it matures. Initially wasn't a huge fan of the food when they opened, but the last couple visits I was very happy with the overall experience. The roasted beet hummus is delicious and big enough for a meal.
Delicious brews as well-- Big Stitch Nick (lovingly named after Nick Foles) is a personal favorite!
First time visited. Nice clean, bright atmosphere (but not too bright) I really enjoyed my beer and the food was fresh and prompt. (I had a burger). I would like to have more time here in order to delve into their menu further, as they had quite a few interesting specials. The service was great and I would definitely go back.
Such a good beer selection! Some real winners, and every one was solid. Great food too!
The beer was exceptional. Great variety (not just a bunch of different versions of the same thing), and they rarely nailed every one. This would be a great place to go if you (or that friend you're trying to get into beer) is trying to expand your palate and get a good feel for what's it there.
Their food was great! Excellent sandwiches and some awesome skillet dishes. Get the pierogies, they were fantastic! (Update: went again and had their soup of the day. Asparagus bisque - sounds questionable, but we all tried it and agreed it was superb!)
I tried the light German lager and it was very good. Not heavy and just enough taste. The Turkey sandwich was very good. The potato chips were very tasty. The atmosphere was nice. The place was busy at 7pm, which is really nice to notice that more people are out and about after 5pm in downtown Wilmington. Definitely coming back for a bite before show or a movie.
