I've ordered from Sbarro last week thru Grubhub. Let me start by saying that I frequently order from them and I never had a problem. However, Last week, I placed and order as usual and when the delivery arrived one of my items was incorrect. I called Grubhub accordingly to notify them. A few minutes later the owner, Robert, called me directly to apologized for the mix up and kindly gave me a store credit for me to use any time I want. I personally like Sbarro (I always had), but this is the first time that I've ever experienced such great customer satisfaction from this company! Thank you very much for caring Robert; I will certainly keep ordering from your store :)
