New restaurant in the area in 2023. Love the atmosphere and vibe. Amazing quality vegetarian food. Top notch roadside Indian snacks and restaurant comfort food in the USA. Almost the same quality, taste and amazing quantity. Must try out Kattapa Sandwich, Bhel, Wada Paav and Kulfi Falooda Ice cream 🍨🍨. Highly recommended.

We went to Honest for dinner. Below are the items we ordered and the ratings for each.
Pani puri- 5/5
Dahi puri- 4.5/5
Sev puri- 3/5
Punjabi Pulao - 2/5, tasted bland, more flavors could have been better
Triple schezwan fried rice - 3/5, no schezwan flavor, was more of Soy heavy
Chur chur naan - 5/5
Chickoo Shake - 1/5, more of MILK shake than a chickoo shake

Expect long wait time to be seated on Friday and weekends.
Chat section needed some more work, either they are bit more salty or sweet.
I love Chinese Bhel but fine in quantity is less when compared to take out

Must Try their Khoya Kaju Masala. It's unique and delicious.

We have visited this restaurant twice. So far we had their khoya kaju masala, bahubali sandwich, dahi puri, paw bhaji, triple schezwan fried rice, samosa chat, falooda ice cream.

Their Khoya Kaju Masala is unique and it's sweet curry. I would love to have this again with garlic naan.

Their chutneys are tasty, so bahubali sandwich dahi puri chats tastes good.

I felt Pav bhaji taste as average.

In triple schezwan fried rice they gave a single big piece of paneer, gobi Manchurian. Instead it would be better to serve small pieces of paneer, veg Manchurian, so that it would be easier to share with family and friends and we can eat rice with smaller paneer or Gobi...

Their plates design is good.

This is the Honest Restaurant chain based in New Jersey, which opened there Delaware location about 3 weeks back. Ambiance is nice, service is good even though it is new, Well known for their Bombay style Pav Bhaji. Had 4 of their dishes. Pav Bhaji is good. Paneer Bhurji could be better. Cheese Sandwich was good and Dosa was good but the Sambhar is lacking the real Sambhar flavor. Manchow Soup was good as well.
