“I ordered a chicken salad salad which was a good sized scoop of their homemade chicken salad on top of a really nice garden salad. The chicken salad was not too mayonnaise-y but certainly not dry. There were good sized chunks of chicken with grapes, celery, walnuts, etc. The server was friendly and seemed well trained in her job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the menu had calorie counts that did not seem accurate to me. If they were accurate, then there needs to be a better explanation as to how they arrived at the total.”

“I have been to the Drip about a dozen times since moving to the area almost 2 years ago. I have always sat at the counter, and I have always ordered the same things: a 12 ounce mug of house coffee with cream and a breakfast burrito. While the staff is friendly and generally busy, I have found the service to be spotty. For instance, after ordering my coffee and burrito, the coffee and small pitcher of cream are delivered with dispatch. Yet, half the time I haven’t been handed the napkin and flatware. What am I supposed to stir my coffee with after adding the cream? Training of the staff should make the delivery of the flatware automatic after the order. Also, about half the time I am cheerfully asked if I want a refill on my coffee (I have never had a full refill because I’ve never finished my coffee at the times I have been asked.) or a “top-off”. I appreciate the top off, but, as I said, it has been offered only half the time. I wish this was a standard operating procedure—at least for house coffee at the counter. However, the prices are reasonable so, regardless of how great or average the service has been, I always leave 18-20% tip in cash.”

“Food was great. Atmosphere was comfortable. Lost one star due to the grease/smoky air *door was open, so it's some other ventilation issue* if you have sensitive eyes, sit outside. I had to leave because mine were burning like I had been at a burning stove top. Again food was very good. And we will be back, just next time we will sit closer to door or outside.”

But when we were trying to put in the order our friend in the back cussed loudly and the person inside said they would not serve us and told us to go away.
