Fat Daddy's BBQ

I was in Sussex County DE and on my way home when I craved for BBQ and it happens to be that this place is on my way so thought I give it a try.

Ambiance: It has the homey feeling of a family owned restaurant, small but it's packed with food to offers. They even have desserts like milkshakes :D

I went in there on a non-rush hour so I couldn't judge the noise level but they don't play any music which is good as it means you will have a nice quiet meal.

Food: I love the brisket and the sausages, but I must admit that the brisket is not that moist but still tastes good. I'm not a big fan of pulled pork but it's a part of what I ordered so I just ate some of it.

Mac & Cheese - is ok. It's more decent from the other restaurants I have been but I think they can improve more.

The price, comparing the serving vs the price, I say it's a good deal.

My server is very nice and welcoming, too bad i forgot to get her name but she is sweet and knows how to handle customers.

The food is the Best Bar-b-q in Delaware!!! We are always treated like old friends. It's a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I suggest you swing by. You won't regret it!!!

Stopped in for lunch today with my husband and our daughters. We were beyond stuffed at a fair price. Every thing was absolutely delicious from the sweet tea, brisket, ribs, smoked wings, pulled pork, beans.. just everything! We each had to sample stuff from each others plates. We liked the picnic tables and decor, was definitely a comfy place to enjoy lunch. We'll be back.

I cant say enough good things about this place.
We ordered food for work and it was ready when we got there.
The food was hot and it was amazing.
All the portions were amazing and the food was just perfect.
The waitresses who took our orders over the phone and then waited on us when we got there were amazing.
I have No complaints about them.

Stopped here on my way down to the shore. Food was just above better than okay. Place seemed a little busy, but nothing unmanageable... However, service pretty much sucked. Prices were a little high too. Overall it was a nice place to stop, but rating took a drop as a quick "stop" turned into good food with sub-par service and longer waiting than seemed reasonable.
