Emma's Family Restaurant

We have eaten here several times and it has always been a great experience. Today was the first time we were disappointed. Our waitress was definitely not on her "A" game. It took forever to get our drinks and she didn't bring any straws. We had to remind her to get the straws twice. Then she brought out our food and didn't bring any silverware. We finally had to get our own silverware. Overall our waitress was slow and inattentive. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and believe she was just having an off day. The food was great as always.

I've been here twice and both times was a pleasant experience. Both times I had one of there burgers and it was just as delicious as the first one and was consistently made and was nice and hot.

Good food, but the service is a little slow. Causal setting with nice decor. Staff is super nice and helpful. Plus lots of dessert options

The atmosphere was great. Local friendly people. Food was fantastic.Cream of crab soup on Fridays is the best around . People working at Emma's are down home friendly. A must visit when driving through Greenwood .

Good food and reasonable wait time after ordered food. The bread is lacking though. It got hard quick like heated in microwave. Needs to have a fresh variety of breads in the baskets.
