The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

The staff is friendly and the environment is fun. The biggest thing that blows it is the food! The food always seems to be cheap, like it is something out of a can! The food is also dried out. I typically get their Tie Cobb and it seems like it's been sitting out on the counter for 2 hours, dull and not crisp! They do an ok job with their meal marketing but their cooks and back of house kill the presentation! My plead: 1) train your cooks to give a damn and 2) get better, fresher ingredients and stop serving cheap bar food!!!

UPDATE: I left my original review (above) in late spring of 2018. As of this update, it's March of 2019 and there's been no response by the Greene Turtle - thanks! Also, as I scroll through the other reviews, many others share my complaint of food and presentation quality so I feel better that is not just me. However, I see just about everyone else has received a response showing the Greene Turtle is concerned and cares about their review. What's that say about my review? No concern? No care? Thanks Greene Turtle!

I've usually been fond of green turtles because they have been great at service and food. Food is great as usual. But the quality of service (waiter and manager and etc) could have served more kindly.

Always great place to meet with friends or just go to unwind with your spouse and kids. Menu has a great variety of options. Always enjoy coming here. My favorite is the Black and Blue salad or hog hammers!!
