The Station on Kings

This is a unique gem that we loved because of the variety of foods, from comfort to healthy options, each one as delicious as the next. There is indoor and outdoor seating and surprisingly, the outdoor area was sufficiently shaded to be comfortable on a hot day. There is a nursery on premises and we purchased a beautiful and large hibiscus bush for a very reasonable price.

When you enter, talk to the hostess first about where you'd like to be seated, then order your food and go sit down. The plates will be brought to you in no time at all.

2nd visit and just as good. My husband was disappointed that the menu changed (different season).

Wow, can’t believe I waited so long to go here. Food was amazing. Everything that passed by looked even better than the dish before . I ordered the charcuterie for the table and everything on. There was just perfect and fresh.I also had the French onion in the bread bowl. That alone was a meal in itself. Presentation on my cosmo cocktail and my friends dolce Leche coffee would’ve made it even taste good, but it didn’t have to cause it was delicious. There bakery and breads to go are on tomorrow’s menu for me when I go home.
If you do not live in Delaware and are just taking the ferry, stop by for there fresh bread for your ride, you will not be disappointed .

We stopped here 2 days in a row. Yesterday for coffee and pastry and today for a wonderful lunch on the patio. The pastry and salads were both amazing. The coffee and tea were pretty great too.

The station was recommended to us as a must visit while on a weekend away here in Delaware. So glad we stopped in. Iced coffee was amazing and the apple fritter was probably the best I've ever had.

Adorable space. Would come back for the vibes. Cortado was good, not amazing. Excited to see option for sesame milk. Seems like they pour espresso drinks from a carafe instead of making them fresh on the spot which downgraded the experience. Gluten free snickers cake was aesthetically pleasing but average tasting. Happy to have dropped by on a crazy busy winter weekend day.
