38 Degrees Bayside

I give this venue 1 million stars!!! We had an October wedding at 38 Degrees, it was more perfect than I could have imagined. The planning leading up to it was so easy and stress-free due to the awesome event planner, Leatie. She was so accommodating and helpful. The staff was attentive and super pleasant. The food, whhoooaaaa I'm salivating thinking about it right now. We basically did a 5-hour cocktail hour, apps bultered and a food station set-up, that way people could eat when they wanted and we didn't mess with the formal sit-down dinner. I had so many people come up to me and tell me that this was the best wedding they have ever been too. I credit that to the awesomeness of the bride and groom :), but also to the location, event planning and staff. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you 38 Degrees, Leatie, and staff you rock!

Beautiful and delicious food.

Great location. Great live music. Wings were delicious and well cooked. Shrimp cocktail wasn't what you think of when you hear shrimp cocktail. Four shrimp on a skewer covered in pesto, but it tasted good. Mixed drinks were terrible. Just watered down juice. I'll consider coming back once it has a chance to get established.
