JUST LOVE IT. I LOVE MACDONALS THE BEST. SIMPLE THE BEST

My husband had made a mobile order and when he went in the cashier said he didn’t see it on the screen. The mobile app was his only way to get lunch on break from work cause he had forgotten his card at home. So he left when told it must not be working. Meanwhile the order had actually been in the process of getting made and the cashier just didn’t know. So our account was charged cause it had worked like it was supposed to but my husband had already left to go back to work. I called to see about getting our money refunded and the lady manager on duty showed the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. She made me believe she cared what happen and did everything she could to make it right.
Every other McDonald’s we’ve been to we’ve only seen attitude and lack of care for the customer when something had gone wrong. So although he may not have gotten to eat, I’d give this location 5 stars for the single reason that the management there will make sure the problem gets corrected while showing compassion and care. Thank you for showing us not all McDonald’s customer service is the same.

The interior of this McDonald's is very modern. It is kept fairly clean and the staff are usually friendly. The drive-thru wait time is normally minimal and the food is always fresh and delicious. This location is convenient because of how close it is to Ocean City. You can be in Ocean City but eat at this location to save yourself some money. DE has no sales tax! In the summer traffic can sometimes be backed up on Lighthouse road which is a little inconvenient but aside from that this is a great location.

My local McDonalds, they've never let me down. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly and the inside is always well kept. No complaints from me.
