“I've been coming here got a while and not only are their sandwiches great, so is their customer service. When I was ordering a sandwich for a friend that they had found online, they told me they no longer make that sandwich (Black Lab), I ordered one that was similar. While I was waiting, they went out of their way to Google the ingredients of the sandwich I originally ordered and they made it for me anyway even though it was not on the menu. I should add that this was 5 minutes before closing which is when employees at other restaurants are rushing you out the door. Exceptional customer service!”

“I mean it's IHOP. Pancakes are delicious. These are the fluffy, soak-up-all-the-syrup type. The burgers and other items are consistently good. Not sure what or how to improve being a chain. But no complaints at all. Service is usually very good. They can occasionally go missing on you for a little longer than I'd like and can do a better job with the random checkings. But the servers themselves are very nice! That's always. I love this place for Saturday/Sunday morning breakfast and even during the week. I would easily recommend this place.”

It was served with a slice of warm crispy bread; the soup, piping hot and delicious. There were a number of tables to choose from. None were available near the fire place, however. “If it is sunny outside, there is more seating! The staff has always been friendly and accommodating regarding my dietary restrictions. I usually get an omelette with veggies and sub the potatoes for a salad. No one makes me feel awkward, or bats an eye when I ask for dietary accommodations. The space is cozy and elegant. Perfect for a brunch with an out of town guest or two. I would not recommend taking a large group to this establishment, as the seating is limited, and most tables accommodate four people tops. The Delaware Art Museum is a short walk away, and Rockford Park is also nearby.”
