Wonderful experience! The tasting menu was delicious and the service was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the chester river oyster and the sweet potato dumpling.

Great experience and food. Drink service could have been a bit more spot on, but fantastic otherwise.

Traveled from FL to DC specifically for this Michelin Star Restaurant for our anniversary. Very fancy, beautiful interior, the host was excellent, the food was great but sadly it felt as if our server didn't care that much for us. We couldn't find him most of the time so it took about 3 visits within 45min+ before putting our order in. He barely helped with the menu and gave mostly generic answers, kept leaving us for long periods of time and overall it felt like he had more important things to do. We tried two dishes and ended up leaving early. Very bummed out over it because the food was delicious but it's only half of the experience.

I celebrated my birthday with the husband at this restaurant. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The service is definitely deserving of a Michelin star. Plume offers two fixed menus, which are about $100 plus per person, not including wine. The food is just a delight to the palate.

One of the very few Michelin starred restaurant at our nation's capital. Located in The Jefferson Hotel, this place did not disappoint. The food quality vs price ratio was excellent. Beautiful restaurant, excellent service and exquisite dishes, what else can you ask for?
