(February 5, 2019, 6:49 pm)Think way back to before restaurants were confident enough in their meat suppliers to ask how you wanted your beef cooked. Combine the fast casual prices of a BGR or Elevation burger with the overcooked meat of a company barbecue. For fun, try their Steak-umms grade cheesesteaks. By far, the only burger place in the building.
