My son and I had lunch here. My son had the Schnitzel sandwich with fries. I had the Borscht soup, it is actually more like a delicious stew. The cocktails are also very tasty. The food is outstanding along with the ambience of this charming restaurant.
Worth it's rating. There are authentic, uncommon Czech beers available, and the menu has a lot of things I would have tried.
I settled on the chicken covered in potato pancake, and they were fantastic. The borscht was also excellent.
I will be back.
The brunch selection was great! The service was very friendly and helpful. The spinach and mushroom crepes were a delicious savory brunch dish that I would order again!
All Czech people behind the bar/servicing the tables when I went. Good coffee, made me a Melange with the steamy creamy. Cutlet with waffles outranks the chicken and waffles for me!! Great experience.
This place was a great find for a Wednesday night outing. It was also an easy route from the Metro, which made it convenient. The interior was charming, the food was excellent and homey, the staff was great and recommended his favorite menu items. The bonus was the $3 draft beers. I’ll definitely come back!
