(January 24, 2019, 1:18 am)Seriously, you can't find a more iconic place to eat. 1700 Pennsylvania Ave is one of the closest restaurants to the White House. Dining in offers great views of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
This chain offers up funky yet delicious combinations of sandwiches, salads and other "healthy" fare. I was able to get carrots for my side as opposed to chips! Service was quick but I was there a couple hours before they closed and the restaurant wasn't busy. The low-key, relaxed vibe of the restaurant made for a very pleasant dining experience. Walking into a restaurant that wasn't busy set my expectation low but they raised the bar with the quality of the food and friendly unassuming environment. -
