I had never been to this spot before, but I think I’ve found a hidden gem! This restaurant has awesome food, amazing drinks, and a great atmosphere. It’s an awesome date night spot, a place to grab drinks with friends, or have a happy hour!
Radiator is phenomenal! Every dish we ate had a unique spin on it, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into these dishes. For apps, the croquetas were the best I've had, and the lamb belly tacos were really creative and delicious. We then had the Spaghetti Squash Carbonara, which is something I typically wouldn't order, but it was great. The spaghetti squash was perfectly done. Purple Sweet Potato Gnocchi is also a must have! The duck was probably our favorite, but everything was so good it was hard to decide. Drinks and desserts are amazing as well. Highly recommend checking out Radiator!
Ate dinner and brunch here. Just amazing. Scallops, rad burger- both were awesome. Crab beignets! Who knew you could put those two things together?
Just finished an amazing meal at Radiator. Service at the bar was adequate but the inventive seasonings and pairings made us forget that. My pork chop was juicy and tender with whole baby sweet potatoes and peaches. My partner raved about his chicken which was delicious...but the bed of perfectly cooked kohlrabi concoction with onion and some insanely flavorful cheese stole the show.
If you are in DC....eat at Radiator. You will feel good about yourself.
