Amazing local small spot for sushi, and other Japanese dishes. The physical restaurant is small and there is not a lot of space for seating, but most orders are take out so it is not too big of a deal. As soon as you walk in you can smell the food, as the kitchen is open air and right there. Its a quick walk right to the register to either order or pick up. We had a spice salmon hand roll that was delicious, a specialty tuna roll, and the dumplings. It was all excellent and we will definitely be going back.

We got takeout for our anniversary. It was delicious. Would absolutely order here again.

Took my son who was visiting from out of town here and he really liked it. Small place but good food.

I put Torai in the running for best sushi in the city. They serve very fresh fish and their sushi is made with care. This is a small business and the owners are always around and extremely friendly. Have never had a bad experience with anything on the menu and would highly recommend.
