One of the best places to get a Bagel sandwich, and a drink for the whole family and some! This place is amazing!!! The creations they make are fancy enough to impress, but won't kill you at the register! The staff is very upbeat, respectful, courteous and willing to make your drink and bagel one of a kind, and the best tasting!!! You can bring the whole family! They have outdoor seating, and a frozen machine outside. Parking is always avalible. Parking is safe and free! I wish I could spend even more time there with my whole family!
Ask for the "Rude Boy, Julian bagel" with a "patio pounder!" It's a taste of heaven with a splash of hell!!! I SIMPLY LOVE THIS PLACE!

UPDATE: I was in the neighborhood last week and visited B&B and guess what? This place deserves 6 STARS! Had a quick chat with the owner, had a Rude Boy Julian and a Patio Pounder and enjoyed the sounds and sites! An amazing place that offers more than just top notch service, uncanny drinks, amazing bagel sandwiches and "the social" experience! Brian, Amie and Jackie are the BEST!

Great food if you like things served on any kind of bagel. The wait is usually a bit long, but you can probably chalk that up to these sandwiches being made-to-order. B&B is just as good for lunch as it is for breakfast. They've also got craft cocktails and a bar if you're looking for a way to pass the time while you wait. Recommend the Mountain Shiksha on a salted bagel - the perfect combo of sweet and salty. Like most things in Union Market (and DC for that matter), a bit on the pricier side.

Very good food
Good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's like an old fashioned soda shop or lunch counter, with swivel chairs around the counter. Nice place to visit.

Friendly, attentive staff. Delicious bagels (try the egg everything--you won't be disappointed). The drinks are stupendous. Have been coming here weekly for years and will continue to do so.
