    Schwarzbier? Proper German pilsners? Yes and yes! I'd call this a mix of a proper beer garden and penn social. Worth another visit!

    Nice place for hanging out with friends. The patio looks like it'd be very nice in summer. We went in winter, and the indoor was a bit noisy, but not more than the average sports bar. The free pool table is definitely a plus, although drinks are a bit on the expensive side. Food was good, especially the nachos.

    Large, picnic tables and big screens, perfect for game watching! Christmas decor is ????, too! Good selection of mixed drinks and beer. Diverse crowd: Saw a book club meeting in the corner, families watching the game, and young profs, too, drinking away!

    Cool spot with good selection, solid food, and a nice happy hour. There's also a great used bookstore nearby that, if you buy a book, gives you a dollar off of a better rat Midlands. Also has a bunch of outdoor seating.
