    This Place has a great atmosphere and good food.. I recommend it.

    Sunrise Cafe has a tasty blend of hot and cold food, both pre-prepared and made-to-order. I just wish they used more spices -- most of the food there is pretty bland for my palate.

    Note: while this is located in the FERC building, it is open to the public and does NOT require a trip through security if you use the side entrance rather than the FERC front door.
