Perfect place to come for a night cap. The Bartender was pretty and friendly, drinks are delicious. Music was good and a good general place to meet new people.
Fun atmosphere and friendly service. We went after a Georgetown game and they were super busy but our order was taken quickly and our food came out fast. The fish and chips, fish tacos, and voodoo sandwich were great! The tater tots were overdone and we had to wait a bit for our bill but they were swamped and we were impressed with how well they handled the crowd. We enjoyed our visit!
The food was good. The server was friendly and attentive, but didn't know much about what was on tap. The menu just listed things like "seasonal rotator". When I would ask about the specific rotators, he would have to run back and check. It took about 10 minutes to order our beer! Furthermore, they had no local beers on tap, which is disappointing because DC has some great area breweries. Other Bar Louie locations carry local selections. Finally, this location seems to be falling apart and is in desperate need of a design refresh. The tables are off kilter and the booth seats feel like you are sitting on busted springs. I know this location gets tons of business, so they should be able to afford stable furniture.
