    It is what it is. Chinese carry out staples along with standard D.C. carry out fare (wings, sounds, pizza). Nothing is great, morning is awful, although the pizza is close. Reasonably priced for what it is.

    Service is fast, albeit rude, but isn't fast the point. All in all, it is what it is.
