    Wonderful atmosphere and food is excellent. Employees are very friendly. Parking is a little tricky. We parked about 3 blocks behind the restaurant where it was much cheaper. Be sure to read the signs however.

    Great cocktails and food. Happy hour has great fish skewers and half price oysters, 4-7 daily

    From Atlanta...Had to take a weekend trip to DC for a retirement. Looked up a place to go on Google Maps and ended up at Ophelia's. Service was excellent, food was great and our waiter was very attentive. Excellent spot to have a drink at the bar. Noise level was perfect. Also a good spot for people watching. We will definitely visit again next time we're in town.

    This is a nice place. If you want to sit down at a bar, have a glass of wine, an appetizer and a nice piece of salmon or a swordfish stake go here. Very laid back and nobody will hassle you. Perfect after work spot.
