(February 8, 2019, 12:38 am)The best breakfast ever. Order a small portion even if you are hungry because their portions are too big. The best pancakes I had in Washington so far. The service is quick but there is a waiting to be seated so you better book before to go

(January 26, 2019, 3:20 pm)First time at IHOP. Very friendly staff who were accommodating when I told them I was in a rush to work. Prepped perfect pancakes in no time and brought check early as I asked cos had to get to work fast.

(November 26, 2018, 8:03 pm)We were happy to grab breakfast here on a summer morning. We were able to be seated fairly quickly, and the server was pleasant and fast. Our meals were accurate and tasted great. The bathroom could have used a little cleaning, but overall this IHOP is a nice restaurant and we hope to go back the next time we're in the area.
