Chupacabra Latin Kitchen & Taqueria

This is just a really cool, sidewalk cafe type feel. We fed seven adults for about $100, a few had beers. Everybody really liked the food which is street Mexican. Two of our group had spent a good deal of time in Mexico and said this was some of the real deal. Good food, quirky place (no indoor seating, just on the street but I saw they've got massive heaters) but if you want to take home in the winter that sounds like a great idea.

Low key Tex Mex joint, they gave a lovely outdoor patio to sit. No indoor seating but that's not you go here for. They have great combo deals (you get a LOT of chips and guac) and the food is delicious and cheap. Great for takeout as well.

Heaven. Absolutely delicious Latin food. This isn't a five star restaurant. It's that delicious hole-in-the-wall you're looking for. I haven't eaten the whole menu, but what I've had is delicious. Oh, and gluten free options too, and plenty of them.

This little corner spot around the Atlas District is great for a frozen margarita and tasty tacos. Normally, I come here during happy hour for cheap frozen margaritas and fresh chips and salsa. There chips are nicely thin and crispy. This is a legit Latin kitchen with fresh Latin cuisines.

My only issue is this is an "outdoor" seating only establishment. During the winter they have the option to close in the outdoor seating tint style. This outdoor seating is great and covered, but for some reason the location attracts a ton of mosquitoes. You will get bitten a few times. The restaurant does keep spray nearby because that's how bad it can get.
