    First off, this isn't a restaurant. It's a walk-up-to-order place in the food court in the basement of the Wilson Building. Because of this it took me a while to find it, but that was my own fault I guess. The only reason I'm giving 3/5 stars is because there was not enough spicy salmon in my spicy salmon roll, plus it wasn't spicy at all. The Washington roll was fine, it was basically an eel and avocado roll. Buredo, a sushi burrito place down the street from here, is a way better deal if you're looking to get your raw fish on. Kabuki should have used more spicy salmon, the rice totally overtook the flavor and I'm not okay with that personally since it was a standard price.
