    I mean... Straight up humbling. I felt nauseous at times. But, super informative, and very clean/organized. Spent about 3 hours but wished I had time for more so I could fully immerse myself.

    Incorporates gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Buffet style lunch line. Around 20 tables that sits 4 chairs comfortably. Come before noon though because the line can extend from out the door due to large groups.
