Friendly efficient staff to get through the lines quick. There is a focus on healthy choices throughout their offerings. Everything I've had has been pretty tasty and fresh. Plenty of sitting room upstairs to meet a friend.

One of the better coffee shop experiences in this area. Lots of seating, friendly and fast staff.

Pret will always get my 5 stars solely for their spinach and tomato mac and cheese. It tastes so rich but it's not a billion calories. Thank you Pret for healthy AND delicious options.

Near capitol hill a fantastic place to get a great breakfast. Just 5 minutes to the Capitol. On the other side of the street there is a parking spot. The personnel is very helpful.

Today was my first time exploring and visiting Pret A Manger and the staff left me with one of the best impressions any business has ever left me, I am comparing my time working in previous restaurants and visiting different businesses and it speaks volumes when the staff are genuinely cordial, proud to share the strengths about their food and answer any questions, and go out of their way to make sure my first time here was a valuable one for me. They did this in the midst of busy lunch period and still maintained their poise is something that you cannot train in employees, exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location especially their dedicated staff including one of their managers Cesar who delivered one of of the best experiences I have had in DC, thank you!
