Andy's Pizza at Atlas Brew Works - Half Street

I've had Andy's twice now since it opened and it's great pizza! I had both the sausage & pepper and the mushroom & onion pizza's and they were both delicious! The crust is perfect, not too doughy, and the best part is you get a full sized pizza (8 slices) for $20-25! This pizza easily fed me and my roommate and we had a few slices left over for the next day, a rarity compared to the other personal pizza styles in the area that are a similar price. I know I'll be making this a regular pizza place for me now that they're a part of the neighborhood!

Navy Yard is already saturated with great pizza places, which is far from a problem but also meant Andy's wasn't a huge priority for me to try it out. I can safely say that was a mistake, and I wish I had tried it earlier! The pizza's are large (both as pies or by the slice) and very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other pizza places in the neighborhood, and the crust is just about perfect. I've only gotten the pizza to go so I can't comment on anything else, however the pizza holds up well and is still delicious after a 10-15 minute walk back to the apartment, I imagine it's even better fresh out of the oven. I highly recommend giving Andy's a try, they're a great addition to the neighborhood!

Pizza by the slice is delicious. Several different choices too. Wings and fries were also great; go with the old bay on your fries ... it was fantastic.

Beer is of course top notch. Exactly what you'd expect from a first class local craft brewery like Atlas. I honestly didn't know what to expect of the food, but I was very happy to see it's as good as the beer.

Location is amazing. Sitting outside on the patio felt completely safe during COVID. The web based ordering is super easy and all our food and beer came out quickly. I love that it remembers my credit card info so I don't need to plug it in every time. Plus, there are no checks to sign ... which is great with COVID going around.

Great pie, great addition to the neighborhood. Who could resist this delicious slice and fresh beer???
