(July 21, 2019, 11:28 am)The food and drinks are quite tasty but a bit overpriced. The staff seem undertrained and struggle to accommodate, even when the restaurant is below half capacity. One example of a couple of odd choices made here: the hummus is very good, but despite being given an enormous portion, you are given a minor amount of bread to dip with. Hoping that a few things can be tweaked here. The food is delicious, and Carving Room makes a great addition to NoMa.

(May 31, 2019, 11:32 pm)The food was outstanding although the full menu was not available, looking forward to more. The atmosphere was especially the bar. The service was very kind to our party. Overall the experience was great, and I highly recommend!
