Ordered the grilled kale Caesar and *chef's kiss* it was the best salad I've had in a while. The portion size is great! I might have to eat this like once a week.

Great food and great service. The Wharf desperately needed a place like this! My go to is the salmon + avocado bowl! You can quickly tell quality is their top priority.

let me tell you something, i have never had a better salad in my life. i am eating it as i write this and i am impressed and astonished. the shrimp crab and salmon are the freshest most flavorful that i have tasted in a while. i wasn't amused by the price at first however it is worth every penny I will be back

I had the salmon and grilled avocado. The salmon was not too chewy and just right. The grilled avocado was delicious, it had a grilled taste but still tasted like a normal avocado. The quinoa was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms and onions tasted savory and delicious. The sauce was also very delicious, sweet yet savory. My only problem was that it was on spinach and I don't particularly like salads, this is not really a problem because it was still delicious and a lot of people do like salads.
