This is the place! It has been here for awhile and is still standing despite the pandemic so you know it’s worth a try! I found this hole in the wall spot and what drew me to this place was their affordable prices and quick pickup.

I recommend calling in advance if you prefer to have your order ready by the time you arrive, but no matter how long it takes it is worth the wait!

As for affordability, the fried fish sub is only $6 and that's a VERY reasonable price among other small sandwich spots in DC. Especially for the taste! Spot is cash-only, so be aware. Highly recommend!

This used to be one of my go-to spots when I was a medical student at Howard. If you're looking for that DC Bottega vibe, this place is it. The mumbo sauce with the wings and fries hits the spot every time! Cash only and cost me about $8 for 4 pc fried chicken wings and loaded fries. Great deal.

You know the place about to be fire when they have a menu like this. Best kept secrets are sometimes found at these local stores. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on crossisant for only $4.00! Cash only but it’s worth it

As soon as I saw the menu I knew the food was going to be good! It didn’t disappoint.

Here's what I ordered: Sausage, egg, and cheese on wheat toast. All for $3.00. Cash only!

Awesome little hole in the wall spot, stopped in with friends for a quick breakfast for the first time this weekend. Got a platter of home fries, eggs, bacon and toast for under $6. It's cash only, but there's an atm inside.
