The GT Cauliflower sandwich was so good I blacked out for a second.
They do have gluten free options available for those interested.
My favorite restaurant in DC and this iteration isn't any different.
The cocktails were excellent as always
I wish I got better photos but we were too excited, and honestly you have to taste it to do it justice.
Fight Club is a fun concept birthed out of the pandemic hosted at Beuchert's Salon on Capitol Hill near the Eastern Market Metro. They offer takeout or outdoor dining in. On weekends, they do breakfast and lunch and extend for dinner during the week. Where they shine is with their sandwiches. My housemate calls the Fight Club "the best club she's ever had." Other excellent options are the tonnato melt, beefsteak and cheese and salmon buns. Their cocktails are innovative and they make their own HUGE ice cream sandwiches. Everything comes on newspaper paper, which is fun.
We heard about this place opening recently and we saw the amazing pictures of their food so we had to try it. We were not disappointed one bit. Some of the best sandwiches we have had across the US. We had The Fight Club sandwich and Beefsteak and Cheese. Both were great. The fries were also a great choice.
Also their customer service was excellent. Our food was ready quickly. But we also got caught in a thunderstorm and they provided us with an umbrella.
We will definitely return again to try more of their great menu.
