    I went to the newly open hook and reel on Friday and I was met by a friendly staff…. The wait wasn’t long .. within seconds I was greeted by my server Sammie. She was very polite and patient.. she gave us great advice on drinks and the boils making our first experience amazing….drinks food service and atmosphere was excellent. I will definitely be back Friday night !!! Thank you hook and reel Dakota Crossing

    Took my granddaughter there for a Sunday afternoon lunch. Friendly employees, wait time for the food was not long. Great service. Our meals were delicious. I walked out with that "stagger". You know when you just want to lay down. Hahaha

    This was my second time coming since they opened Monday! I LOVE it!!! The staff is amazing, and our server Kayla was excellent! We got to meet the regional manager, Nancy, she recognized us from the first night we came there. The food was served fast and hot, we started with hush puppies, then we got a seafood boil with dungeons crab and shrimp. This will be our go to spot!

    (I love it! It feels clean, spacious, clean and beautiful inside and out, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast.

    This restaurant is amazing. Great portions, attentive servers and all round clean. I'll definitely be back. Service is top notch. Food came out very quickly, all the servers were very attentive and friendly. Best seafood spot hands down. I've become a regular patron of this awesome spot!
